“The CuliWalk Haarlem was really nice and a lovely way to get to know Haarlem better. It was a nice day and something really different. Unfortunately there was a problem with our audio guide. We are from Germany and booked a German audio tour only but the tour was in English and Dutch only. Two of us can’t speak English very well so it was a little bit difficult for them to understand. Another problem was that the English audio suddenly switched to Dutch for a few times. When we called the given number for support there was no one to talk to and nobody answered the phone.”
