“Heineken experience was so fun! Two half pint beers at the end were a great, as well as the extra half a pint somewhere in the middle when we were taught to how to appreciate/taste beer. The cruise was okay, this was run by Lovers. I prefer the wine and cheese one by Flagship - not because of the wine and cheese - but because there were two live guides who were interesting, funny, attentive and could answer questions. This cruise by lovers was just an audio guide and our captain/skipper only made two or three comments.”

If you only have one day in Den Haag then I would suggest you take this cruise - you see so much from the canal and learn a lot more about the buildings and architecture, the people who lived there and the history about the area than if you were just walking. Travelling by boat under some of the lowest bridges we have ever had to lower our heads for was quite an experience and certainly a good topic of conversation! Our guide let us know that these tours are run by volunteers…”
