The lunch people were a bit confused and almost did not give us the lunch we had included in the tour. The worst part of the tour was the canal boat section. We rushed to get there for our reserved 5:45 trip only to be told we had to get on line and wait with a huge crowd. They were very inefficient in getting people on the boats and indeed up waiting until after 7:00 to board one. Our 8 hour tour ended…”
